1 ) Fitting with starter, inductive (magnetic) fluorescent tube lighting
A.Remove the starter from the fitting
B. Plug the 36w 2400mm LED tube into the fitting directly, it would be better to remove both starter and ballast
2) Fitting with electrical ballast
A.Remove the electrical ballast from the fitting
B. Connect the anode & cathode directly
C. Plug the 36W T8 2400mm LED tube lighting into the fitting
